A little about the Co-op role:

We want to hire the best and brightest and want your help to find them! Acquia is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruitment & Sourcing Co-op to work with our recruiters in strategically identifying and engaging top talent. You will work closely with talent acquisition and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and employ creative strategies to find ideal candidates for our open roles. This role supports our entire talent acquisition team in finding great people, so could include a variety of search tools and techniques such as social media channels, job boards, database mining and cold calling to promote open positions and to identify relevant talent. This is a full time co-op position from July-December 2015.

What are we looking for?:

• Current pursuing a BA/BS in a relevant field
• Interest in HR/Talent Acquisition
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Expert using social media tools, especially LinkedIn
• Ability to prioritize
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Someone available to intern/co-op with us full time during the fall semester
